    DAY 01 : ARRIVAL HARIDWAR / RISHIKESH /DEHRADUN – BARKOT (170KMS – 06/07 HRS. DRIVE) Haridwar
    Upon Arrival at Dehradun Airport /Haridwar Railway Station drive to Barkot via Dehradun – Mussoorie En- route visit Kempty fall, reach Barkot by late evening. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel..

    DAY 02 :DAY 02: BARKOT – JANKICHATTI – YAMUNOTRI – BARKOT (50KMS DRIVE & 6KMS. ONE WAY TREK)
    By Trek: – After an early breakfast proceed to Yamunotri drive up to Jankichatti then 6 kms Trek (One way) to Yamunotri, here one can cook rice by packing it in a cloth and dipping it in the hot water of the hot kund. Pilgrims take this cooked rice home as “Prasad”. Here near the temple “Pooja” can be offered to Divya Shila, after taking bath in Jamunabai Kund and having “Darshan” of “Yamuna ji”. Return back to Jankichatti & further drive back to Barkot. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.

    DAY 03: BARKOT – UTTARKASHI/NETALA/HEENA (100KMS. /4HRS. DRIVE)
    After breakfast drive 100 kms to Reach Uttarkashi, visit Kashi Vishwanath temple. Evening free for Relax. Dinner & overnight stay at Uttarkashi.
    Night Stay: Uttarkashi/Netala/Heena

    DAY 04: UTTARKASHI – GANGOTRI –UTTARKASHI/NETALA/PHATA (90KMS. /4HRS.DRIVE ONE WAY)
    After breakfast leave for Gangotri early in the morning. Post offering Pooja & Darshan at Gangotri Temple & further drive back to Uttarkashi. Dinner & overnight stay at Uttarkashi.

    DAY 05: UTTARKASHI – GUPTKASHI (235KMS. /8HRS. DRIVE)
    After Early breakfast leave for almost day long drive to Guptkashi. En-route sightseen of the Tehri Dam reaches Guptkashi by late evening. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.
    Night Stay: Guptkashi/Phata

    DAY 06: GUPTKASHI – KEDARNATH – GUPTKASHI (10KMS. /1HRS. DRIVE) (SAME DAY RETURN BY HELICOPTER)
    After early breakfast leave by vehicle up to Helipad as per the reporting time, do boarding formalities & wait here for your time slot, on arrival at Kedarnath perform early Pooja & Darshan at Temple & come back to Helipad to take return flight to Guptkashi, Dinner & overnight stay at Guptkashi.
    By Trek: Morning our driver will drop you at Sonprayag then you have to take local jeep for Gaurikund & then your trek start for Kedarnath Ji. After darshan, you follow the same & back to Sonprayag. There is big parking issue so the driver will back to another palace if his contact no. is not working then you have to arrange another taxi or wait for your driver.

    DAY 07: GUPTKASHI – PIPALKOTI (164KMS. /05-06HRS. DRIVE)
    After breakfast leave for Pipalkoti, After darshan, you follow the same & back to Sonprayag. on arrival at Sonprayag proceed to Pipalkoti check in to hotel. Evening free for Relax. Dinner & overnight stay at Pipalkoti.

    DAY 08: PIPALKOTI – BADRINATH (80KMS. /04HRS. DRIVE)
    After Breakfast leave for Badrinath En-route visit Narsingh Temple, and Adi Shankaracharya Samadhi at Joshimath, then drive to Badrinath. On arrival check in to hotel, later visit Vyas Cave, Ganesh Cave, Bhim Bridge & origin of River Saraswati at Mana village the last village before the Tibetan border, later go to temple for holy Darshan/ Pooja & attend evening Arti. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.

    DAY 09: BADRINATH – SRINAGAR (190KMS. /05-06HRS DRIVE)
    Early Morning Mahaabhishek Pooja (optional, which will be booked day before) after breakfast drive to Srinagar En-route visit Vishnuprayag, Karnprayag, Nandprayag & Rudraprayag. Reach Srinagar by late evening. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.

    2 20 Days to 15 Days prior to departure of the Tour
    3 14 Days prior to departure of the Tour or “No Show on the Tour”

     

    FACILITIES  – IF WE CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR HOLIDAY
    We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your Travel arrangements. Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at Any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date. We also
    Reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you. If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (for Instance, bad weather):    		 Book Char Dham Yatra
    1. We shall first try to offer you alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already commenced.
    2. If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged from you on a Pro-rata basis depending on portion of the tour standing utilized by you.
    3. In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited refunding to you the price we charged as the tour fees.

     

    FACILITIES  – TERMS & CONDITIONS

          1. Tour Company reserves the right to publish the passenger’s photograph or group photograph.
          2. Type of transport vehicle can be changed in case short of passengers because our intention is not to disappoint tourist or cancellation of tour.
          3. To make a booking, a non refundable deposit of Rs. 5000/- is required. Once this has been received confirmation of your booking (in the form of an invoice) will be sent to you. The balance amount must be paid 30 days prior to the departure date of tour. Otherwise we may treat the booking as being cancelled by you.
          4. All the payments made by Cheque or Online Transfer should be in favour of “DOON TRAVEL”.
          5. The price quoted in our brochure has been calculated at the rate prevailing at the time of printing of this brochure. The company reserves the right to amend the prices published in the brochure.
        1. The customer has to bear the proportionate tour cost of extended stay or travelling due to extraneous circumstances. The company reserves the right to cancel at any time any/all the tours without assigning any reason. In such cases the company’s responsibility shall be restricted to either refund without any compensation what so ever or keep the money for the next available tour if the customer so desires.
        2. Tour Company shall not be responsible for any injury, illness or death, terrorist attack, accident or any Damage or claim of what so ever nature and any loss arising from it. The operator is not responsible for any criminal conduct by the third party.
        3. Cancellation request must be made in writing by email.
        4. There will be no Refund of any unutilized service in part or in full what so ever may be reason.
        5. All disputes/legal claims are subject to Dehradun jurisdiction only Rates are on Per Person basis and GST 5% shall be extra applicable
