DAY 01: ARRIVAL HARIDWAR / RISHIKESH (JOLLYGRANT AIRPORT TO HARIDWAR
Night Stay: Haridwar
Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
Upon Arrival at Dehradun Airport /Haridwar Railway Station drive to Haridwar.
Visiting Places: –Mansa Devi Temple, Chandi Devi Temple , Maya Devi Temple ,Bharat Mata Mandir, Ganga Aarti (Har ki Pauri) Timing of Arti at Har ki pauri:06:00pm to 07:00 pm and at Morning it start from 05:30am to 06:30am at Har ki pauri.

DAY 02: ARRIVAL HARIDWAR / RISHIKESH /DEHRADUN – BARKOT
Night Stay: Barkot
Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
After an early breakfast proceed to Yamunotri via Dehradun – Mussoorie En- route visit Kempty fall, reach Barkot by late evening. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.

DAY 03: BARKOT – JANKICHATTI – YAMUNOTRI – BARKOT 
Night Stay: Barkot
Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
After an early breakfast proceed to Yamunotri drive up to Jankichatti then 6 kms Trek (One way) to Yamunotri; here one can cook rice by packing it in a cloth and dipping it in the hot water of the hot kund. Pilgrims take this cooked rice home as “Prasad”. Here near the temple “Pooja” can be offered to Divya Shila, after taking bath in Jamunabai Kund and having “Darshan” of “Yamunaji”. Return back to Jankichatti & further drive back to Barkot. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.

DAY 04: BARKOT – UTTARKASHI/NETALA/HEENA 
Night Stay: Uttarkashi/Netala/Heena
Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
After breakfast drive 100 kms to Reach Uttarkashi, visit Kashi Vishwanath temple. Evening free for Relax. Dinner & overnight stay at Uttarkashi/Netala or Heena.

DAY 05: NETALA – GANGOTRI –NETALA/HEENA/HARSHIL
Night Stay: Uttarkashi/Netala/Heena
Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
After breakfast leave for Gangotri early in the morning. Post offering Pooja & Darshan at Gangotri Temple & further drive Back to Harshil/Heena/ Netala. Dinner & overnight stay at Harshil/Heena/ Netala.

DAY 06: HARSHIL
Night Stay: Harshil/Netala/Heena
Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
After breakfast, Get ready for the Harshil sightseeing and enjoy the beautiful view of the peaceful place. We take you some famous places to see near Harshil like “Mukhwa village” which is the winter seat of Goddess Ganga, Gangnani etc. After exploring the beautiful places in Harshil, back to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Harshil.
Visiting Places: Dharali, Mukhwas Village, Gangnani.

DAY 07: HARSHIL/HEENA/NETALA– DHANAULTI
Night Stay: Dhanaulti
Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
After Early breakfast leave for almost day long drive to Dhanaulti. En-route Sightseeing of the Tehri Dam reaches Dhanaulti by late evening. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.

DAY 08: DHANAULTI – MUSSOORIE
Night Stay: Mussoorie
Meals: Dinner & Breakfast
After breakfast, Get ready for the Mussoorie sightseeing and enjoy the beautiful view of the peaceful place. We take you some famous places to see in Mussoorie. Hotel Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Mussoorie.
Visiting Places:  Dhanaulti Eco Park, Maa Surkanda Devi (Ropeway facilities available).

DAY 09: MUSSOORRIE
Night Stay: Mussoorie
Meals: Dinner & Breakfast
After breakfast, Get ready for the Mussoorie sightseeing and enjoy the beautiful view of the peaceful place. We take you some famous places to see in Mussoorie. Hotel Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Mussoorie.
Visiting Places: Kempty Fall, Bhatta Fall, Mussoorie Artificial Lake, Company Garden, Mall Road.

DAY 10: MUSSOORIE – HARIDWAR/DEHRADUN/RISHIKESH DEPARTURE
After breakfast, leave for Dehradun Airport /Haridwar Railway Station & drop for onward journey.

1 30 Days to 21 Days prior to the departure of the Tour Book Char Dham Yatra
2 20 Days to 15 Days prior to departure of the Tour
3 14 Days prior to departure of the Tour or “No Show on the Tour”

 

FACILITIES  – IF WE CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR HOLIDAY
We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your Travel arrangements. Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at Any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date. We also
Reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you. If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (for Instance, bad weather):		 Book Char Dham Yatra
  1. We shall first try to offer you alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already commenced.
  2. If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged from you on a Pro-rata basis depending on portion of the tour standing utilized by you.
  3. In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited refunding to you the price we charged as the tour fees.

 

FACILITIES  – TERMS & CONDITIONS

      1. Tour Company reserves the right to publish the passenger’s photograph or group photograph.
      2. Type of transport vehicle can be changed in case short of passengers because our intention is not to disappoint tourist or cancellation of tour.
      3. To make a booking, a non refundable deposit of Rs. 5000/- is required. Once this has been received confirmation of your booking (in the form of an invoice) will be sent to you. The balance amount must be paid 30 days prior to the departure date of tour. Otherwise we may treat the booking as being cancelled by you.
      4. All the payments made by Cheque or Online Transfer should be in favour of “DOON TRAVEL”.
      5. The price quoted in our brochure has been calculated at the rate prevailing at the time of printing of this brochure. The company reserves the right to amend the prices published in the brochure.
      6. The customer has to bear the proportionate tour cost of extended stay or travelling due to extraneous circumstances. The company reserves the right to cancel at any time any/all the tours without assigning any reason. In such cases the company’s responsibility shall be restricted to either refund without any compensation what so ever or keep the money for the next available tour if the customer so desires.
      7. Tour Company shall not be responsible for any injury, illness or death, terrorist attack, accident or any Damage or claim of what so ever nature and any loss arising from it. The operator is not responsible for any criminal conduct by the third party.
      8. Cancellation request must be made in writing by email.
      9. There will be no Refund of any unutilized service in part or in full what so ever may be reason.
      10. All disputes/legal claims are subject to Dehradun jurisdiction only Rates are on Per Person basis and GST 5% shall be extra applicable
